I like Syd's voice the most, but as for best singer it's gotta be the Rog

I think Roger's got an incredible voice, and his screams are exceptional. The Wall and The Final Cut are the best highlights to showcase his abilities

When he whispers or is quiet it's so boring, when he screams it sometimes just makes the song worse due to the way the bad lyrics mix with it. I love the vocals on the title track, The Gunner's Dream and a couple other. He can get pretty passionate on there. I just think his vocals aren't perfect across the entirety of the record. As for the wall? Eh. Its more consistent vocally than final cut but doesn't hit as many high points. I always saw Roger on the wall as standard rock singer. A great one but still standard. There are of course huge exceptions to this, but he doesn't have a lot of diversity on that album.

I'll admit that his more whisper-y vocals aren't great, but at his best the guy's by far the best in the band

I'd probably rank it Dave > Roger > Rick > Syd > Nick.

Even on Time he's hopelessly outshined by David vocally I would say they're equal. I disagree, but I will admit that his voice was more suited to that song than Roger
